Time To Garnish

I’m thinking it’s time to garnish the wages of all government employees to help pay down the national debt. The amount garnished should increase as the debt increases. The higher the salary, the higher percentage should be taken in the spirit of wealth redistribution, a hallowed objective of the Democratic Communist Party.
